Add "Smart Searches"

Description
Generally there 2 kinds of searches:
- Snapshot. When revisited the result is the same as of the moment of search.
- Smart. The query is stored and fired again each time the search is revisited. Thus the search result is always "up-to-date". Sometimes this is known as "Smart Folder" or "Smart Playlist".
Currently DM's standard search is a Snapshot search. The Smart kind should be supported as well.
(Note that DM already supports smart by-type searches: just select the type topic. The result list of all that type's instances is always up-to-date. This leverages DM's networked "natural index" and is generally applicable, e.g. select a workspace to get an up-to-date listing of all its members.)
