Placement more to the top of the page, should be immediately visibiel

evtl. as its own Menu-Item (jri and mre dont see the necessity for this)
evtl. newest News-Item in the Block "fully" / teasered im Block (e.g. 250 Zeichen + Thumbnail Graifk) anzeigen,
