What is this: + Index- and Detail-View for Application Pages? Apart from that the content type exists now.

Thanks for creating this content-type! For me, i thought about the following.
An "Index-View" is a page which allows browsing through all "Applications" where each Application is teasered with the most relevant information for possible users of Apps(=dm4-plugins). In an index not all information available for an application is directly visible. The Layout for us could be a list with more infos or, preferrably a 2-column Grid with a bit lesss infos. An Application in the Index-View imo could be its "Title", "Logo", "Short Description", "Author" (User-Link) "Version". plus probably some compatible with a certain release "DeepaMehta 4.x". The Download-URL could be probably rendered behind some "Download"-Link.
A "Detail-View" is a page whichs presents all information of _one_ "Application" and one can usually navigate to the details through clicking on an entry in some index. Such a detail page is usually delivered by drupal per default for each content-type.
