Set min-width of main area to 800px

Description

For a small window size the right column must *not* overlap the main area. Instead a horizontal window scrollbar should appear. By convention 800px is the maximum image width for the main area.

min-width of content area is now at 810px; and the overall page min-width was set to 1240px;
so the main-area and right column cannot overlap anymore.
