Revise sidebar's news block layout

Description

1) Instead "more" the link should say "Read all news".

2) The RSS link (orange icon) should be visually set apart from the "more" link as these are 2 different functions. The current layout suggests they are the same function. It would be best to place the orange icon next to the DEEPAMEHTA NEWS heading (in the same row).

3) The "DEEPAMEHTA NEWS" heading should be changed to "News". "DEEPAMEHTA" is redundant here. Generally I would never use all-caps as this impairs readability and is just "too loud".
