This meta-info perfectly fits the page bottom.
Perhaps below a horizontal separation line and in the same row as "Powered by Drupal".
Content is the king!!
Content should not be disturbed by secondary meta-info.

I would really appreciate to have the page modification date at the page bottom.
The page title and the page content is much more important than the modification date.
This machine-generated meta-info should not be placed *between* (!) page title and the page content.
The reading flow of the valuable page content must not be disrupted by marginal machine info.
