GUI: rename "ressource" to "web resource"

Description

Rename "ressource" to "web resource" because "resource" is a way to general term for this purpose.

Webbrowser: rename "Ressource" to "Web Resource".

Move type "Web Resource" from Contacts module to Webbrowser module.

You must reset your DB.
