Customize Admin Menu for Editor role

Description

I created a menu for the editor role (top, black menu). Underneath the "content" item you can find the moderation of content and users.

I'm not yet completely happy with it because you find much more menu items than an editor needs or has access to (e.g. ​https://deepamehta.vzsze.de/de/admin/config/workflow). Choosing those menu items you'll be shown a page telling you "You do not have any administrative items."

As you say in the ticket description, we could/should try to get rid of the whole "Konfiguration" / "Configuration" Menu-Tree. But it works, that`s the most important thing atm. Nice. Thank you!
