Clicking "edit" after performing search fails

Description

Tested with V 4.0.11 online ( ​https://deepamehta-test.econauten.de): Perform search by type Person. A topic for this search is beeing created. Click the search topic on the map than click "edit" in the detail panel.

-> Neither editing the label nor aborting the edit is possible. Changes are not saved. No "ok" button visible.

-> Reload recovers the situation.

Yes, this is a bug.
Search topics are not supposed to be editable at all.
It will be fixed soon.

Webclient fix: remove Edit from Searches (#259).

Search topics show no Edit button.
Searches are not supposed to be editable.

Close ticket 259.
