Deleting Search topics is not possible

Only hiding works.

This is because the default Access Control List Entry uses only the MEMBER role, but Search topics have no workspace assignment.

Access Control fix: delete Search topics (#317).

Search topics created by authenticated users can be deleted.

Search topics get a workspace assignment now. Thus, the default ACL Entry is effective.

Note: Search topics created by non-authenticated user's still can not be deleted.
This is another aspect (these Search topics are possibly not supposed to be deleted
manually but automatically) to be addressed in a separate ticket.
