"Create" context menu with type submenu

Description

"Ctrl-N" to create a topic is imho rather useless since one still has to specify the type of the topic. A right click menu with a "create new" submenu to access all types of topics, together with the last say three most recent topictypes as shortcuts would do better.

Since DM 4.1.3 the canvas context menu allows creating topics of a selected type (#529).
