Add "Help" or just "?" to the web client menu

Description

We want to have a "Help" or just "?" button on the right side of the web client menu. In a first version we want to display some information about DeepaMehta, the DeepaMehtaTeam, the License, and the version number. The latter is also very important for bug reports.

In a first step this shall be implemented as a simple dialog box with just some information about DeepaMehta, including the links, license, logo, version, etc.

In a later version we may add a "help" module, wich could be a whole set of topics ...

First version of the about box (#36).

Information not yet complete.
Still invoked from the "Special" menu.

New module: "deepamehta-help"

Info should be sufficient for the moment.
"Special" menu turned into a "Help" menu for the moment.
