Interactive creation of association definitions doesn't work

Description

Since Nov 20 the master branch shows an error: when typing an association to Composition Definition or Aggregation Definition an error occurs (both, server-side and in the browser console).

There is a workaround: choose the proper role types (Whole Type, Part Type) *before* choosing the Association Type.

Note: the SNAPSHOT binary release (GitHub? download) as of Nov 20 is not affected.
