Make the Delete command more visible

Description

This request originates from the Poemspace people. They feel the Delete command is too invisible in the context menu. They want have a visible delete button in the detail panel (next to the Edit button).

Note: #416 advocates the opposite. They want to have the commands in the context menu. What is the best way to go?
