Description
some (or maybe most) users do not know how to deal with output of the terminal deepamehta is running in and thus cannot provide us meaningful information to identify, debug and fix certain issues.
and for windows it maybe even nearly impossible to copy & paste an nexception log out of a windows terminal.
simple solution: pass errors and exceptions in deepamehta through to the users/webclient gui, with a "mailto:deepamehta-team@… Report;content=<JavaLogExceptionContent?>" and ask them politely to submit/send this error report to improve deepamehta.
this ticket origins out of mail dialogs i have with users where dm crashed (probably some parts in the file browser feature) while i told them, from now on you can keep your data and the first thing they have to do is to reset their db because i cannot answer there request due to missing information.
