Description
After creating a "New User Account" as admin, i.e. u: test, p: test, then editing the new entry by selecting "Retype" and picking up "Webpage" as Retype Topic newly created user account gets deleted and on the workspace will appear round marble icon which cannot be removed because an object doesn't have any relation and is understood just an image icon within workspace.

Yes, for the moment the "Retype" command can cause serious damage. DM shows a clear lack of robustness here. DM must not allow the user to perform meaningless or even destructive retype operations.
For the moment DM does not prevent the user from retyping anything into anything. Although retyping e.g. a "Person" into a "Country" is pretty useless and some retype operations can even stop DM from working.
One reasonable retype operation, on the other hand, is e.g. "File" -> "Icon". This allows the user to use her own image files as topic icons. ("Icon" topics appear in the type builder's iconpicker dialog.)
I see one possible short term task here and one bigger issue:
In the meantime use the "Retype" command carefully.
Thank you, jori, for reporting. Nice to met you at the DM Lounge!
