this integration would require the dm4.contacts module to be installed

This lately became a feature branch of the dm4-import-export module started by carolina, which is nowadays maintained at ​https://github.com/mukil/dm4-import-export

Though, it did not look promising at all to re-animate the code.
A LDIF or VCF importer would make sense but not a csv-based import of address book data.
