Editing a topic in a geomap is broken

Description

When pressing OK after editing a geo-related topic within a geomap an error is reported (client-side and server-side): Precondition of PUT request failed.

Note: once the topic is created editing works, but when you return to it later on and try editing, the error occurs.

This is broken in the 4.1.1 release in conjunction with browser cache and conditional requests.

Caching module fix: edit topic in geomap (#503).

Editing a topic displayed in a geomap throws no error.

Close #503.
