How to reset DB after draw-assozciation Error occured on windows machine?

Description
While testing Version 4.0.1 on my windows machine an error occured (see attachment: ERROR in draw-associations: association XYZ is missing a topic). Could be I deleted something via the interface I should not have deleted. When I close the browser and restart deepamehta-windows.bat the error message appears again. Can I fix that locally?

Reset the DB:
Stop DeepaMehta (type stop 0 in the terminal), then remove the deepamehta-db folder, and start again.

For the moment I have no explanation for the error association XYZ is missing a topic, sorry. Please tell me if the error occurs again and weather you can reproduce it.
One hint regarding restart DM (without resetting the DB): important is to actually *stop* DM before running deepamehta-windows.bat again. Closing the browser is *not* sufficient (actually it has no effect to DM). To stop DM type stop 0 in the very terminal that opens when DM starts. (The stop 0 command shuts down DM's webserver and DB, and clears all memory caches.)
