Webclient: the topicmap panel should exploit the entire window height

Description

Currently at the bottom is a 50 pixel high dead space

Rename SplitPanel? variables and functions for better clarity.

Webclient: topicmap uses full window height (#543)

There is no dead space at the bottom anymore.

Furthermore: no accidental browser window scrollbars appear.
Formerly this happened with Firefox and Chromium.

Webclient: DOM measurement + CSS Tweaks (#543).

  • The JavaScript? width calculations involve actual DOM measurement instead of hardcoded pixel constants. As a consequence 1) the Webclient geometry adapts to all browsers automatically, and 2) changing certain CSS paddings/margins do not require adaption of the JavaScrípt?.
  • All menus have the same font size.
  • The page panel has a right padding.
