website: specific advancements around "applications"

The application block/view should also be displaying recent apps on the
english part of our site:
​https://www.deepamehta.de/en/content/usage

(Actually there is currently now way for english visitors to get to this
page: ​https://www.deepamehta.de/en/applications )

like on the german part "Benutzen" in the right sidebar:
​https://www.deepamehta.de/de/content/benutzen

Furthermore the content-type "Application" should have a new
"Development status" added as an option: "Pending" - This reflects more
or less the state some experimental plugins are in since the only other
option besides "Under active development" is "Obsolete" and that does
not match.

Furthermore the sorting-algorithm in this "View: Application sidebar"
should be changed to the contents' "Creation date", instead of
"Modification date".

An application listing is now also available in the right sidebar of the english "Usage"-section of the website, see ​https://www.deepamehta.de/en/content/usage

The application content-type was extended.
The sorting order of that listing was adjusted accordinly.
The page-view at /applications has no proper paging buttons (and a filter option).

All developer modules are deactive again.
