webclient: reveal (formerly hidden) user topic in topicmap via user-menu item

When revealing a "User Account"-Topic via the shortcut (upper right username-button) and the "User Account" was already placed in a topicmap before, then got hidden, it is not focussed within the topicmaps viewport (no animation is performed) and thus, one cannot see the topic in the overview, despite it's details are rendered in the "Page Panel".

So, the "show topic through translating topicmap viewport" does not work here.

Access Control fix: reveal user account (#570).

When clicking the logged in username (upper/right corner) and the respective User Account topic is already contained in the topicmap but outside the viewport, the topicmap is translated to bring the revealed User Account into view.
