Box-Renderer on Mac: ctrl key oddities

1. When a topic is clicked with ctrl key the context menu appears (which is correct) but the topic follows the mouse pointer, what is an error.

2. When a topic's type icon is clicked with ctrl key the context menu appears (which is correct) but at the same time the mouse pointer draws an association, what is an error.

Webclient: fix ctrl-click on a Mac (#604).

Ctrl-clicking a topic's type icon does not initiate association drawing.
Note: on a Mac ctrl-clicking emulates the right mouse button.
