The situation is:
A user creates a Topic Note. Afterwards wants to change its Text. When clicking on then Text on the Detail Panel, the Topic Text appears on the Topicmap. When some changes are made to the Topic Text, they can be seen on the Topic Text but not on the Topic Note(with the text displayed) until the page is refreshed.

Meanwhile this topic came up through other users as well.
The envisioned solution is: the blue frame shown on mouse over in the detail panel remain there. But it will feature a small area (e.g. 10x10 pixel) in one of its corners. Only that area will be the hot spot for revealing the underlying topic. Clicking in the remaining blue frame area will have no effect.
