maintenance-mania: the bunch of third party plugins

Instead of opeening tickets for each of these plugins i decided to keep track of my progress in just one, super ticket. Thee basic idea here is to make as much plugins as possible available for DeepaMehta 4.8.

Plugins we released for 4.7 but not for 4.8

• dm4-csv to 4.8 (DONE)
• dm4-sign-up to 4.8 (WIP)
• dm4-littlehelpers to 4.8 (DONE)
• dm4-images to 4.8 (WIP)
• dm4-wikidata-toolkit to 4.8
• dm4-import-export to 4.8 (DONE)
• dm4-hosting to 4.8 (DONE)
• dm4-kiezatlas to 4.8
• dm4-kiezatlas-website to 4.8
• dm4-kiezatlas-angebote to 4.8
• dm4-kiezatlas-famportal to 4.8
• stableviews to 4.8

Plugins which are currently neither released for 4.7 nor in 4.8:

• dm4-mail to 4.7 and then 4.8
• poemspace to 4.7 and then 4.8
• dm4-subscriptions to 4.7 and then 4.8
• dm4.tags to 4.7 and then to 4.8
• dm4-geospatial to 4.7 and then to 4.8
• web-experiments to 4.7 and then to 4.8
• dm4-eduzen-reviews

This would leave unmaintained:

• dm4-wikidata
• query.api.freifunk.net
• mapping-moodle
• twitter-research
• soundposter
• eduzen identity (user profiles)
• mathjax renderer

My current estimation is to complete the first two lists will take well into June as i have some other priorities but feel free to ping me if you need something faster than others.

As a note, dm4-csv was already tracked in #887, dm4-images in #952, dm4-mail in #822, stableviews in #675, dm4-tags in #824 and dm4-subscription in #825.
