Install the DeepaMehta Software requirements on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS or later

Binary Distribution

DeepaMehta requires JAVA 1.6 or later:

aptitude install default-jre-headless

Continue with Binary Distribution or with Running DeepaMehta as a Daemon.

Development System

For the development system you will also need to install maven and git:

aptitude install maven git-core
